[00:00:00] Hey guys, my name’s Gary and I wanted to give a big shout out to Robb Bailey and the Nurture & Close team. I started my agency, uh, about let’s see, it was last year. And honestly, it was a struggle. I was transitioning from a consulting model to an agency model and I was having a heck of a time, uh, getting clients.
[00:00:20] And, and last December we had one client that we’re doing really well with. And that account lasted until COVID hit. And then we, they had to temporarily shut their doors. Um, and in April I signed up for the Nurture & Close program. And as it went through the training, I realized that I’d been running my agency all wrong.
