[00:00:00] Hey guys, my name’s Nathan Conant. I own Blue Kayak marketing up in the Pacific Northwest. And I have been a Robb Bailey Nurture & Close, high level fan now for over a year. I’ll tell you what, before we got into this game with Robb and training within his team, we were focused on everybody doing anything.

[00:00:23] It’s a very typical story, so I’m not going to belabor it. Websites, content, videos, social media ads, and, um, It was really a pain for myself and my own heart because we don’t get into this to just rip people off. You know, most of us, our hearts are good and we want to, we want to help our clients and we want to keep them a long time.

[00:00:42] We want to have a good relationship with them. And, um, it’s just hard to do that when you’re scattered and the results are up and down. And of course you all know the game too. Uh, sending leads to somebody that doesn’t close them. For whatever reason, right? You got to have a process on the backside. I’ve got another friend who said all online leads suck.

[00:01:07] It’s what you do with them afterwards. That matters. And so, um, that’s one of the things we’ve learned from Robb and the team at Nurture & Close and I tell you. The relationships that we’ve developed with our clients after using things like database reactivation, um, high level to trigger, nurture campaigns that actually get results.

[00:01:29] And people showing up to sales appointments has been nothing less than a groundswell ground shift. And you’ve got to do it. You’ve got to make the leap because. If you want to be in this game for a long time and you want to be able to sleep well at night, that means you want to be able to help your clients right.

[00:01:55] And in a repeatable way too. That’s the other thing is if every project you do is

[00:02:00] bespoke. If every project you do is a one-off. Then there’s no stamp and repeatability. So hope this is useful to you guys.
